The Hairy Lobster is a restauraunt as unique as its name suggests. From the decor to the dishes, the joint is loaded with whimsy and creativity. This self-initiated branding project is a dream imaginary do-over for a real Portland restaurant that permanently closed its doors in May of 2020. But I really think, if The Hairy Lobster were alive today, this is the brand it would have wanted.
